Call us blindly optimistic but we decided to put an end to this phenomenon. We set our minds on producing snacks in a gluten free facility, to please the eye, the taste buds and most importantly the gut by taking into consideration major intolerances and allergies. Those allergies include wheat and milk allergies with celiac disease and gluten intolerance being our main concern. Along with preserving freshness and processing our snacks in a GLUTEN-FREE facility! This was the moment when Bites of Delight, the gluten free factory, was born.
